The Social Work department at Assemblée des Rachetés de l’Éternel, referred to as “Oeuvre Social,” serves as the backbone of our community outreach efforts. Rooted in the teachings of Jesus, we believe in extending compassion to all, especially those who are marginalized or less privileged. We understand that the strength of our faith is reflected in how we serve others. As such, we strive to put our faith into action by reaching out to those in need and making a tangible difference in their lives.o.
Broadening Horizons through Service
Our Oeuvre Social initiatives are wide-ranging, encompassing everything from local food drives and shelter support to global humanitarian aid projects. We collaborate with other community organizations in Brockton, MA and beyond to multiply our impact. We believe that every act of service, no matter how small, can contribute to significant change. Through our actions, we aim to broaden horizons, not just for those we help but also for our congregation members who participate in these initiatives, enriching their lives through the rewarding experience of service.
Empowering Individuals and Communities
At Assemblée des Rachetés de l’Éternel, we view social work as more than just addressing immediate needs – it is about empowering individuals and communities. Our Oeuvre Social initiatives aim to provide tools, resources, and support to help people overcome challenges and build a better future. This includes educational programs, job training, and other support systems designed to promote self-reliance and resilience. As we serve, we’re inspired by a vision of a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, bound by love and mutual respect.
